Sri Veera Venkata Sathyanarayana Swamy Vari Devasthanam (Andhra Pradesh)

Annavaram Satyanarayan Swami is one of the famous divine places in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh. The Satyanarayan Swami temple Located on Ratnagiri Hill which is about 300 feet above the seawater level.

Annavaram Satyanarayan Swami temple has 460 stone steps from top to bottom and was built in the Dravidian style in 1891 by Raja Ramanarayana.

As per the Hindu religious books says, Lord Satyadeva came into the dream of Raja Ramanaryana and told him to build a temple.

The temple first worshiped with the idol on Ratnagiri Hill and in the later period of time 1933-34 and again in 2011-2012, the temple was reconstructed. Satyanarayan Swami’s main temple is constructed in the form of a chariot with four wheels.

Kalyana Mantapa was built in front of the main temple and the decoration was done with modern aged architecture. The Lord Satyanarayan Swami was extensively characterized in Reva khanda of Skanda Purana.

Sat Narayan Mandir, Kapurthala (Punjab)
